Almost everybody wants to perform well in their life and role, but not everyone knows how to challenge their thinking and expand their perspective.

Lightsmith works alongside people and organisations to grow capability and performance. We believe that everyone has unlit potential, can learn and get better at what they do. We help by being the igniter of potential.

A philosophy of coaching underpins our approach. After 35 years in High Performance Sport, Education – both tertiary and secondary, and working with Business and Corporate organisations, our work is rich in varied experiences that relate across all sectors. Rather than us make you better, we assist with the skills, knowledge and experiences to improve clients, empowering them to assist others to grow.
